Join Hayfield Drama Boosters 2025-2026!
Hayfield Drama Boosters provides support to the entire Hayfield Drama Department (middle and high school), awards scholarships to graduating seniors, and funds the summer theatre workshop and show. Being a member of the Boosters ensures you are aware of opportunities to support shows, trips, and other exciting events for the students. You can provide hands-on help for the shows before, during, and after performances by assisting with costuming, publicity, ticket/apparel sales, and clean-up/strike, among other tasks. Boosters also raise funds to subsidize special workshops for students and teachers, pay for technical directors, purchase much needed technical equipment, and more.
We will be holding in-person booster meetings beginning in September. Watch the DramaHawk website, www.hayfielddrama.com, and join the Hayfield Drama Boosters Facebook page for the date and time.
We are offering tiered memberships, most of which include t-shirt and ticket vouchers. If you would prefer to make 100% of your membership fee tax deductible, you can opt to forego the vouchers. Note the special category for our alumni!

$10 - Alumni Membership
$25 - Basic Membership
$50 - Director’s Circle, includes 2 tickets to 1 show, 1 show shirt ($6 tax-deductible)
$100 - Producer’s Circle, includes 2 tickets to 2 shows, 2 show shirts ($12 tax-deductible)
$200 - Sponsor’s Circle, includes 2 tickets to 3 shows, 3 show shirts ($68 tax-deductible)
$500+ - Opening Night Club, includes 4 tickets to 3 shows, 3 show shirts ($296 tax-deductible)
Joining is a simple two-step process. First, complete the form adjacent (easy!).
Second, provide payment. We have a Venmo account to facilitate payments (@Hayfield-DramaBoosters). If you would prefer to use a check or cash, please e-mail Hayfield Drama Boosters to request an address where you can send your payment (hayfielddramaboosters@gmail.com), or send it in to your child’s drama teacher in an envelope marked “Booster Membership.”
